BOSC acquired the piece of land and constructed the Beaumont Physical Therapy center in 2017. The property was sold in 2018.

Beaumont Physical Therapy offers a full range of physical therapy including orthopedic physical therapy, sports therapy, functional strengthening and core stabilization training, manual therapy techniques, biofeedback, and athletic training.
