BOSC acquired the land and constructed the Beaumont Sleep Lab in 2018.  The property was sold in 2019.

Beaumont Sleep Lab is a 16-bed outpatient facility that can accommodate patients of all ages, including infants and children. Their team of sleep experts include board-certified physicians and nurse practitioners for adults and children.
